S’mores desserts seem to be the thing this year, or I just happen to notice them a lot more. I have made a few already, and wanted to add this S’mores Fudge to the list.
I love making fudge. It’s so easy, it’s no bake, and you get a lot out of one batch. And that’s if you eat only 1 or 2 pieces at a time, like you’re supposed to.
A quick note here – use a large pot. It makes it very difficult to stir everything together without it spilling out when it’s just big enough. And I refused to switch to avoid getting another one dirty.
Once all the ingredients are mixed together, it’s spread into the pan and chilled for a few hours.
I love how you can see the marshmallow and graham cracker pieces.
This fudge has a lot going on. You have the creaminess of the chocolate, the crunch of the graham crackers, and the chewiness of the marshmallow. So good! And it’s such a quick and easy dessert to bring to an upcoming 4th of July cookout!
